Valentine's Day was approaching and I thought of love - in this case the love of nature. I have used the forests of Vancouver Island and the life hidden within, especially birds to show this feeling.

Thank you so much, Malanda, for your comments on this image. Surprisingly because I was born in Winnipeg, Man., I have very little art work of a winter or Christmas theme. I started to notice this myself as I watched others posting seasonally inspired work. But I do have ideas .....
